Please read before requesting a commission

Art and VA TOS
🦴You must be 18 and up in order to request a commission.🦴 All payments must be made upfront unless otherwise specified or discussed.🦴Do not send any form of payment until an invoice has been sent out to you.🦴Payment via PayPal USD only unless otherwise discussed.🦴If you request a cancellation after: a) Line art has been started, or b) VA work has been started, a 50% refund will be processed.🦴A full refund can be processed if: a) the commission was not yet started, b) commission has passed the due date, or c) Any personal reason that stops me from starting your commission.🦴I reserve the right to accept or deny your commission.🦴Do NOT claim my work as your own. Please show credit where it is due.🦴Do not sell, copy, or edit my work without my permission.🦴Do NOT use my work for NFTs or AI.🦴I reserve the right to use the commissioned pieces for advertising purposes.🦴Those who have commercial use are STILL required to give proper credit to me.🦴Rude behavior will result in cancellation of the commission and blacklisting as well as a partial or full refund depending on the commission progress.
Additional TOS if Requesting an Art Commission
🐾Please inform me before payment begins if you would like commercial rights included (Commercial rights include any form of merch that is not for the main commissioner.)🐾Art can take up to 3 to 4 weeks to complete, as this is not a full time job.🐾Any big changes can be made during the sketching phase (line art if not too complex.) I will not be accepting major changes once coloring begins unless it’s minor.🐾I will NOT draw: nsfw loli/shota, mecha, some (but not all) furries (until I improve at it.)🐾I can create both sfw and nsfw pieces (please keep characters 18+ for nsfw. Aged up can be considered.)🐾References for both character and pose are preferred, but not required. However, please note that having any detailed information about your future commission will help speed the process entirely, rather than having to stop to ask questions.🐾You are more than welcome to reach out after 48 hours regarding your commission updates. If you rush the process, the quality will diminish.🐾If you want a detailed background, please let me know BEFORE an invoice is sent for payment.
Additional TOS if Requesting VA Services
💀Retakes are free, but limited.💀VA work can take 1 to 2 weeks depending on length. If you require less time, a rush fee will be included.💀Please be detailed on the type of voice you are requesting. “Mommy voice” doesn’t explain much, as there are many with different pitches, accents, etc. Provide a “sound like this character” reference if need be. Some practice takes can be done for you if you are unsure, but practice takes will only be limited to 3 times.💀I am currently unsure of my Do's and Don'ts for this. However, we can discuss what you are looking for privately to see if I am comfortable with your request.💀You are more than welcome to reach out after 72 hours regarding your commission updates.
